Hailey is completing her senior year at Magnolia High School.  She will attend Fullerton College and later plans to earn a degree in Kinesiology.  Hailey is a peer advisor/tutor and has also participated in basketball, cheerleading and track while attending high school.  Additionally, Hailey is very active in her church where she sings in the choir and dances with the youth praise team.

Hailey began participating in the National Coalition of 100 Black Women, Inc. Orange County Chapter’s of Creating Wealthy Women (CWW) even before entering high school.  The program introduces the girls to a variety of life skills, offers exposure to a variety of career options by having professionals come and speak with them and helps prepare the young ladies for college.  Hailey could always be depended upon to enter into activities with enthusiasm and a smile.  She insured that new girls were welcomed into the program by introducing herself and helping them become acclaimed to the structure an expectations of the program.  Even while participating in school and church activities, Hailey volunteered to assist with service programs within the organization as well as those sponsored by other community organizations.
